Malec was so professional, thorough, and efficient that we would call again and recommend Otter Guys to anyone who has a plumbing issue that needs immediate attention. He worked hard and trekked up and down stairs repeatedly in this heat without complaint, and continually put on and removed shoe covers throughout the hours he was working here. I called this morning and spoke to a very pleasant and helpful woman named Jade, and she scheduled us for same day service. This entire experience was nothing but positive. Thanks, Otter Guys! Shawn and Tyler performed our semi annual service today. They were able to help me with getting an old problem set up to be repaired and were very clear, thorough and knowledgeable as they explained what needed to be done. The Otter Guys pricing is fantastic, Their response time is also fantastic. I called yesterday to schedule and they were here today. This is a great company and the technicians are professional, courteous, and knowledgeable as they do the work to keep my HVAC running. I highly recommend them!

Good communication ahead, thorough review of AC unit, thorough documentation, and good overview at end. I saw a lot of things done that I have not seen other companies bother with doing. They were there a good while. One was being trained and the training was being well done. All communication is constructive. I first worked with this company in the winter when the heater broke down. I felt the same quality of attention with both of these service visits. The company seems to make good use of all technology efficiently which is great but can leave you in a technical and indifferent world so what I also really appreciated about this company was that they introduce each person doing the work as individuals, both professionally and personally. That matters and I really appreciated it.

Shawn came out to inspect our home's AC unit and ducts. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. He did an excellent job going over and explaining everything he noted upon the inspection and taught us things about our home's system that our original provider had never shown us. Looking forward to getting maintenance service with The Otter Guys now and being a customer for a long time.
