JLK Incorporated is now The Otter Guys!

It has been an honor to serve the broader Charlottesville community as JLK Incorporated for more than 50 years.  As we looked to the future, we wanted to refresh our name to properly reflect the type of company we are, our commitment to the community, and the services we offer.

Without any further ado, we’d like to formally introduce ourselves as The Otter Guys – the team that strives to provide “Service Like No ‘Otter’” when it comes to heating, air conditioning, and plumbing.

We truly feel that the name, The Otter Guys, is a better representation of the type of company we are and always have been – a customer-focused service provider that is committed to providing an “otter this world” experience for our customers.

We know that this is a big change, but we are largely the same team that you’ve come to know and trust over the years (in addition to a few new faces!), and we will continue to deliver the same great services that you have come to expect from our company (a rose by any other name…).
